Trinity Bellwoods is named for the park at its centre, and the park is genuinely what drives the market — a large, well-used green space with tennis courts, a rink and a dog bowl, ringed by streets of Victorian semi-detached and detached houses. Proximity to it is priced accordingly, and the premium falls off noticeably as you move a few blocks away. The housing stock is late Victorian, narrow-fronted and deep, most of it renovated at least once and much of it extended at the rear. Queen West runs along the southern edge, which gives the neighbourhood restaurants and shops without putting them on residential streets.
