Ledbury Park lies south of the 401 between Avenue Road and Bathurst, and it has been one of the more actively rebuilt neighbourhoods in the city for the last two decades — original postwar bungalows and small two-storey houses steadily replaced by large custom homes on the same lots. The result is a streetscape in transition, with new builds beside originals. It has a substantial Jewish community, strong schools and a park at its centre.
