Lytton Park

Substantial family houses between Lawrence Park and Eglinton, with strong schools.

Lytton Park sits between Lawrence Park and Eglinton, west of Yonge, and shares much of the character of its more famous neighbour at a slightly lower price. The houses are large and predominantly detached, on regular lots, with a mix of original interwar homes and a significant number of rebuilds — the neighbourhood has seen sustained teardown and reconstruction activity for two decades. The school catchments are a primary driver of demand, and families frequently move here specifically for them. Retail along Yonge serves the neighbourhood well, and the subway is a short walk for most of it.

Who buys here

Worth checking

Teardown and rebuild activity is heavy. Check for active construction adjacent to any house you consider.
