Moore Park is bounded by ravine on two sides and by the Mount Pleasant cemetery on a third, which makes it one of the quietest residential pockets in central Toronto — there is very little reason to drive through it unless you live there. The housing is substantial: large detached and semi-detached homes, mostly from the early twentieth century, on generous lots with mature trees. The Beltline trail runs along its edge and the ravine system is genuinely accessible. It is a neighbourhood people move into for the long term, and inventory reflects that.
