Danforth Village continues east from Greektown toward Victoria Park, and it has historically been the more affordable end of the corridor — the same subway line, the same brick housing stock, at a meaningful discount to the streets closer to Broadview. The commercial strip is less concentrated and more everyday, with a mix of long-standing businesses and newer arrivals. It has drawn a steady flow of buyers priced out of the neighbourhoods to the west, and the renovation cycle that follows is visible street by street. Schools and parks are a genuine draw for families.
