The neighbourhood around it is quiet and residential: brick semis and detached houses on regular lots, well kept, with a strong family presence and less through traffic than the streets closer to the subway. It appeals to buyers who want the east end without paying Riverdale prices, and who value a walkable local strip over a busy one. Turnover is steady.
