O’Connor-Parkview runs north and east from the Danforth toward Victoria Park and the Don Valley, and it is a straightforward postwar residential area with generous lots and mature landscaping. The housing is largely bungalows and split-levels built in the forties and fifties, many still original and increasingly the subject of additions or replacement. Access to the Don Valley Parkway is a genuine advantage for drivers, and the ravine system provides real green space on the western edge. Prices have historically sat below comparable areas closer to the subway, though the gap narrows as buyers move further out.
